1. Service Description: TrustFlow provides AI-powered tools to manage and respond to Google Business Profile reviews.
2. User Responsibility: You are responsible for the accuracy of responses published via our platform. You must maintain an active, verified Google Business Profile to use our automation features.
3. Limitation of Liability: TrustFlow is provided "as-is". We are not liable for any changes in local search rankings or customer sentiment resulting from the use of our automated tools.
4. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
5. User Responsibility for Content: TrustFlowAI provides AI-generated suggestions. You, the user, are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published to your Google Business Profile. TrustFlowAI is not liable for the accuracy or consumer impact of responses you choose to publish.
6. Compliance with Google Policies: By using this service, you agree to comply with all Google Business Profile Third-Party Policies.
7. Account Termination: You may revoke our access to your Google account at any time. Upon termination, TrustFlowAI will immediately cease all API calls to your Google Business Profile.
