To monitor and organize customer reviews from your Google Business Profile.
To generate tailored, AI-driven response drafts for your reviews.
To publish approved responses back to Google on your behalf.

3. Google API Limited Use Disclosure
Limited Use Disclosure: TrustFlowAI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not use Google user data to serve advertisements or for any purpose other than providing and improving our reputation management features.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
No Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data to third parties.
Service Providers: We may share review text with AI processing partners (such as Google Gemini) solely for the purpose of generating response drafts. These partners are prohibited from using your data for their own independent purposes.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your information only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services.
Revoking Access: You may revoke TrustFlowAI's access to your Google data at any time via your Google Security Settings.
Data Deletion Requests: You may request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated Google Business Profile data stored in our system by contacting us at hello@trustflowapp.com.
Automatic Purge: Upon account termination or a formal deletion request, all cached Google Business Profile data will be purged from our active databases within 30 days.

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption and secure OAuth protocols, to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
